We will confirm the time and minimum charges applicable for your booking.

To ensure your device recieves the correct service, please disclose and details of existing issues / performance / damage, typical use and conditions to the Tec Ops store service team.

Tec Ops has minimum assessment fees applicable:
Phone/ Tablet - $49
Computer - $79
Drones - $99

For technical support we charge for 30 minute blocks of support at $79 incl GST per half hour. After 1 hour technical support pricing will be prorated to the nearest 5 minutes.
