Tec Ops is a complete life saver. My iPhone 12 decided to stop working 2 weeks before my 3 week vacation in the mountains where I use my phone for navigation, photos, etc. Felipe was a tremendous help and went above and beyond. Technology can be quite stressful - especially when it fails! Even the service at the partner store in Queenstown was awesome. If you have any issues with tech, this is the place hands down. Recently had our 2013 iMac serviced with added storage/memory and upgraded MS software with Tech Ops Wanaka. Felipe was extremely helpful and explained all matters in great detail of what was to be done and what costs would incur.
